I?m looking for a responsible and mature person to share the use of my spacious townhouse in a Coquina Key newer gated community, very safe, quiet, and pleasant. The townhouse has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, den, porch, two bedrooms and three baths, it boasts central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and many other home appliances.
